01 Open Intelligence Foundation A 501(c)(3) non-profit protecting and advancing open-source AI, open models and open science — community first and bottom up. Builds communities, supports exceptional projects, curates Open Source AI Week, and connects technical talent with resources, capital and collaborators. Founding Executive Director · 2026 02 Open Source AI Week A community-run, decentralised celebration of open source AI across the Bay Area — 60+ independently hosted events and 200+ participating organisations, anchored by the Open Intelligence Foundation. Co-Lead · 2026 03 Open Agent Labs OpenTrace, OpenRoll and llms.md — vendor-neutral specifications for recording and reproducing everything an agent system does at runtime. 01 Model Openness Framework A three-tier classification that rates models on completeness and openness across seventeen lifecycle components, each with a suggested licence.
